Mary is the co-founder and Managing Director of Brandnation. She has more than 20 years’ marketing experience working on a wide spectrum of consumer brands.
The archetypal poacher turned gamekeeper – Mary started her working life client-side retaining agencies before ‘coming over to the dark side’ and setting up Brandnation with Mark Peacock.
Mary is known for her forthright approach, commercial acumen, results driven philosophy and an ability to understand what client brands really need.
A strategic marketer whose hands on approach has successfully managed many high profile brand campaigns and launches.
As Creative Director and joint Founder of Brandnation, Mark has over twenty five years (twenty at director level) agency creative and strategic marketing experience.
Mark has worked at agencies including Lonsdale, KLP and RSCG. He has developed creative communications strategies and integrated marketing programmes for some of the world’s biggest and most dynamic consumer brands.
He oversees Brandnation’s Digital, Design & Productions divisions as well as being responsible overall for the agency’s creative output.
Alina has been with Brandnation since its beginning. She has a degree in Fashion Design and a thirst for Fashion promotion.
She has been responsible for delivering iconic integrated brand campaigns across a wide spectrum of Fashion and Lifestyle brands, including Kangol, Pretty Polly & Gossard to name just a few. In addition to running all things Fashion at Brandnation, Alina is also Deputy Managing Director.
Eva heads up our Health & Beauty team. She has a degree in English Literature and over twelve years in beauty PR.
She has worked across an eclectic portfolio of brands, including Fake Bake, DenTek, Heaven Skincare and Charles Worthington, With a thirst for knowledge about all the latest health and beauty industry developments and a passion for testing and promoting all the latest products, Eva's key successes include helping cosmetic client Barry M climb from 8th to 5th in the UK.
With around twenty years in computing and ten years in the digital industry, George has built his way up the digital tree from a system administrator for the Polish National Bank.
He now takes technical lead on high profile campaigns for the likes of GUESS, Dunlop, MEC and CAT. At Brandnation George heads up the Digital team and has an unquenchable thirst for technology and everything ‘geeky’.
With a degree in Graphic Design & New Media, Emma started commercial life as a freelance photographer and fim maker.
She now heads up Brandnation's Productions Division where she is responsible for all Brandnation's video, photographic, and graphic moving image output. Emma loves being on the road and if she’s not taking pictures she’s filming, or both, and always looking for the best angle.
Rae is a highly experienced sports marketer, with several years' experience.
She works across a portfolio of high profile brands including Teva, Lonsdale, Evans Cycles, Vibram Five Fingers and USA PRO.
Being a fitness “freak”, Rae lives and breathes all elements of her job. Tenacious on the phone, but game for a laugh, Rae is the queen of coverage and secures amazing results for her clients.
Senior Account Manager
With several years experience in beauty, celebrity and lifestyle PR, Odette now runs the fashion team with Alina.
She has extensive experience of account managing a portfolio of different consumer brands and relishes pitching ideas to press and driving brand awareness. From product placement to launch activity, social media and events, Odette enjoys the challenge of providing clients with a comprehensive, integrated PR offering.
Jordan has eight years agency design experience and a qualification in multimedia on top of being entirely self taught in web design.He has worked on everything from small company start ups to international brands
with lots of clients from the music and luxury sectors. He loves getting to grips with new brands as well as a mixed portfolio of work including web, branding and graphic design.
Jordan is a huge craft beer lover and even owns a share in a brewery.
TY has an honours degree in graphic design and eight years industry and agency experience. He has displayed work in the V&A museum and created work for the D&AD Awards. He's most a home relaxing in Adobe Creative Suite.
Ty was born in South Africa, and his fiancee, who he met on World of Warcraft, is German - so he's getting married in Italy.
With a background in Desktop Publishing and a honours degree in Interactive Multimedia, Matteo has spent the last 10 years working on internet-based applications.
Business Development Director
Tracy’s experience encompasses the full business development sales cycle, working with a range of highly successful agencies including digital specialists and a global digital communications agency.
She is also an avid sports fan with a highly competitive nature – especially football and snooker.. A life-long Manchester United fan, if you put a snooker cue in her hand you will not get her off the table, no matter how good you think you are!
With 15 years in the PR industry working with a wide portfolio of brands from luxury and high end through to high street, Jessie is very well connected.
What's more, she's a self-confessed Social Media queen who loves Instagram and also loves to party. She prefers to make birthday cards rather than buy them, would rather shop for clothes than eat and is a whizz at Crazy Golf and Karaoke (stage school has a lot to answer for...).
