Brief

Manage MandM Direct’s social media to increase fans and followers and increase engagement and audience interactions. Handle on-going PR coverage for the online retailer targeting a broad range of fashion, sports and lifestyle consumer titles.

Results

Thanks to Brandnation’s channel management, Facebook Likes increased by 39,500, a daily rise of 225%. During the campaign Facebook posts reached an average of almost 16,000 people without the use of any promotional spend.

MandM Direct enjoyed a 150% increase in their Instagram followers, an average of more than 150 retweets, likes and comments per day across all platforms and a total of more than 21,000 Twitter competition impressions alongside a 25% increase in link clicks back to the e-commerce site.

The on-going PR effort generates extensive awareness and is also responsible for direct sales on the site.
