Nike Swim | Victory Suit Launch


We’ve not only been making waves, but we’ve been breaking them too, with the launch of Nike Swim’s Victory Suit Collection.

Inspired by Nike designers’ determination to continue the innovation of athletes of all backgrounds, body types, abilities and aspirations, our Lifestyle PR team plunged head first  into the brief to support the launch of their latest innovation. Brought together with the spirit of boundless possibilities, and celebrating the freedom of weightlessness, the collection includes Nike Swim’s Victory Full-Coverage Swimsuit, Swim Hijab and the Swim Leggings.

What We Did:

In collaboration with Nike Swim, our lifestyle team organised and curated the Victory Swim launch event for media and influencers at Ice Tank in Central London. The event included a live panel Q&A session with the Victory campaign models – the heros. Our team took advantage of its extensive media, influencer and VIP list and invited national titles, bloggers and VIPs including the cast of Netflix Top Boy.

Ikram Abdi Omarmodel and face of Nike’s Victory Swim collection discussed the benefits of the new swim collection, saying that “What I first noticed when I went swimming in this outfit was that my hijab stayed on. It was intact and did not come up at all.” but it also provided her, and other faces of the brand, an opportunity to tell their empowering stories.


The event made a real splash with over 150 key media, influencers and VIPs in attendance, and received a flow of feature-led coverage in titles such as Sunday Times, Telegraph Sport, Stylist, Vogue and The Guardian, all covering Victory and SS20 collections.
