We have been appointed by the Greater London Authority to strategise a B2B social media campaign that will generate greater awareness of the Technology Adoption Service within the London Business Hub. 

What is the London Business Hub? 

The London Business Hub supports businesses across London to start, sustain and grow, by offering free and impartial business advice. The Technology Adoption Service (TAS) helps SMEs search for technology tools to improve productivity, increase work efficiency and help drive growth. The platform helps brands across a variety of sectors including retail, hospitality, tourism, and construction. Recently they have also launched COVID-19 support, designed to guide SMEs through the many challenges presented during the pandemic. 

The brief

GLA briefed Brandnation’s Paid Social Media team on a detailed B2B campaign (from ideation and day-to-day handling of channels, through to bespoke reporting) that would generate reach and engage small business owners across Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism, to drive click-through and awareness of the TAS.

Our creative teams have also been briefed on the production of content and marketing materials to better connect the Greater London Authority with its target market. 

Our approach

As part of the response to the brief and winning pitch, the team presented a two-pronged social approach in both the prospecting and retargeting of businesses in the New Year. The approach aims to generate awareness and increase the visibility and interest in the London Business Hub’s Technology Adoption Service. Targeting Small-to-Medium sized businesses across London, the goal is to really support those businesses that have been impacted throughout the pandemic.
