Internships

Our highly successful internship programme has been running for over 12 years and is accredited with major UK and overseas educational establishments. We have also employed over 50% of our interns. We aim to immerse our interns in every aspect of agency life. Working on live accounts, high profile brands and events with very little tea making duties, either. Internships are for a minimum of 3-6 months and up to 1 year. This might be post-degree or taken in conjunction with a relevant sandwich course. Social Media Content Executive - Central London

London-based Integrated comms agency is looking to appoint a Social Media Content Executive to join their team and be responsible for curating creative and compelling content as well as driving brand growth and customer acquisition through various social media platforms for our client brands. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with some of the most respected consumer brands in the industry.

As our Social Media and Content Executive, you will lead, plan and implement our brands’ content and feed strategy working directly with our Social team. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating engaging content

The Role

·         The role is responsible to deliver best in class content and feed strategy to the client and agency teams

·         To create beautiful and engaging social content and copy

·         Work in collaboration with the agency account teams to deliver content, feed and story strategy and overall social plan for our client brands

·         Day to day management of client organic feeds (Inc. community management and growth tactics)

·         Creating monthly feed and content plan for our brands

·         Briefing content team to create or adapt assets

·         Constantly reviewing the social strategy and adapting it

·         Reporting and implementing social channel upgrades and changes

·         Managing client relationship – from briefs, implementation to feedback

·         Monitoring trends and implementing them for the client

·         Monthly reporting

·         Competitor analysis

 

Requirements

·         Displaying creativity and the ability to drive strategy, growth and creativity to a high standard

·         Be a level, strategic thinker

·         The ability to manage client expectations when delivering projects

·         Entrepreneurial, multi tasker and proactive in approach and attitude

·         Successful implementation of content measurement and testing

·         Excellent written communication skills, and the ability to develop the voice of the brand within it Professional and works well under pressure, retaining confidence of the client

·         Keen and active interest in digital trends and popular culture

·         Experience with working with a social media management tool

·         Previous experience in the industry desirable

·         Photography skills an advantage

Agency Brand /Project Manager

London-based Integrated comms agency is looking for an experienced Brand / Project Manager to join their team at our central London office.

Our integrated service offering includes Influencer, PR, Social, Creative, Content Marketing, Brand and Performance

The focus of this Brand / Project Manager position will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of Integrated campaigns across our health, beauty and consumer lifestyle portfolio to ensure optimal delivery against schedule, budget and performance expectation.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience as a client-focused Brand /Project Manager with experience in delivering multiple concurrent brand and marketing projects either for an agency, consultancy or similar business with multiple marketing projects delivery
  • 2+ client services experience managing both client and internal teams to deliver projects to completion
  • Experience delivering marketing projects across various digital channels (including video marketing, web, email marketing, content creation, brand marketing and social)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong IT skills including fluency in MS Office, Google tools, project management tools
  • Highly organised, pro-active and focused approach to project delivery with high attention to detail

·         Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships

  • A real passion for delivering the very best service to clients
  • Previous Account Management/ Commercial Relationship Management experience (Desirable)
