Our highly successful internship programme has been running for over 12 years and is accredited with major UK and overseas educational establishments. We have also employed over 50% of our interns. We aim to immerse our interns in every aspect of agency life. Working on live accounts, high profile brands and events with very little tea making duties, either. Paid Social Media Manager

Paid Social Media Manager – Central London 

London-based Integrated comms agency is looking to appoint a Social Media Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with some of the most respected consumer brands in the industry.

The role, which includes managing a small team across paid, organic and content will be prominent within the agency, and will include taking responsibility for the following activities:


  • Plan, implement and launch digital advertising campaigns for client brands
  • Perform the daily management of PPC (search and social) campaigns
  • Manage content team to produce compelling content for paid and organic platforms
  • Track key KPIs and analytics to measure campaign performance
  • Work with various analytic tools and dashboards
  • Produce detailed and accurate client reports and competitor analysis
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues, to raise them with the wider team
  • Optimise and improve client’s advertising campaigns using our market-leading technologies
  • Support with research, insight and support around data that leads to effective cross-channel media strategies and tactics


  • Significant experience working on paid media campaigns (Paid Social and PPC) either agency or client side
  • Passionate about paid media and keeps up to date with industry trends
  • Ability to run multiple campaigns for various clients over several objectives 
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends in customer behaviour
  • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns with brands and retailers
  • Social campaign experience (specifically Facebook Ads Manager, additional channels a bonus)
  • Creative skillset and a good understanding of content
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
  • 3 years paid social media experience (ideally agency)
  • Written and presentation skills
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience

Do you have a passion for sports, outdoor and fitness? Are you looking for your next PR move?

Brandnation is looking for an ambitious PR Senior Exec/Junior Manager to join their dynamic sport and lifestyle division (temp to perm basis). An opportunity to work on some of the most disruptive and respected brands in the industry including Zwift, Slinger Bag, Nurvv, Merrell, Columbia and Saucony.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of PR experience and will be able to demonstrate delivering high-quality campaigns and editorial for clients. Ideally the candidate will have developed an impressive list of media and influencer contacts in the sport and lifestyle industry across traditional, digital and social media.

You must be an expert in multi-tasking, be targets driven and be able to work within a structured team environment.

Candidates must have:

  • PR agency experience (ideally 2 years in sports)
  • Strong ‘go to’ press contacts
  • Negotiate and deliver editorial results
  • Creative approach to planning and executing PR campaigns
