ROOT7 picks Brandnation for 3-way digital marketing brief

Following a competitive pitch process, ROOT7, has appointed London-based digital marketing specialists Brandnation.

The brief, to establish and manage a fully-integrated digital marketing strategy for its trifecta of innovative, ethically, and ecologically focused consumer brands. The brands managed includes, ROOT7, Drinkind, and Bumboo.

The extensive brief spans SEO, Paid Social, PPC, Digital PR, ECRM, and Influencer activity. The agency’s strategic emphasis will be on establishing a direct-to-consumer framework and sales model. Therefore, energising consumer and brand connection, as well as defining a loyal customer base, and accelerating growth.

The company’s strong sense of purpose to bring a little kindness into others’ lives will be reflected in the creative direction of all activations. 

The ROOT7 brand designs stylish, and highly practical drinking products. The brand believes that everyone should #DrinkDifferently.

The brand’s range of OneBottle re-useable drinking bottles is designed to last for years and comes in a variety of designs and sizes. They keep drinks cold for 30 hours or hot for 20 hours, and are stocked in the likes of John Lewis, Oliver Bonas, and ASOS. In addition to a network of gift shops, and cook-shops in the UK.

Designs such as Black Marble and Coral Shine have ensured a cult following for the bottles. Keen to keep hydrated via their own refillable bottles whilst also wishing to project their own sense of style. 

Drinkind

Drinkind supplies a wide range of glassware, including jugs, gin glasses, flutes, glass tea cups, and coffee jars. Each designed to celebrate bringing people together over the social act of drinking. Styling and fun design details elevate their glassware to an object of desire. Styles include Cat Gin Glasses with unique cat shaping. Rainbow glasses with a rainbow effect coloured glass, and more. Drinkind uses each sale to donate a slice of its profits to good causes in its local area. 

Bumboo

The brand has a range of sustainable toilet tissue made from real bamboo. The brand is defining a new way to buy and use toilet paper. In addition to providing a luxury toilet tissue to enhance the home environment. Bumboo makes life easier for those leading a busy lifestyle by also offering a subscription service. Bumboo also plants a tree for every box of its toilet paper purchased. The brand is 100% plastic free, even down to the tape it uses to seal its cartons.
