Brief

International luggage brand Horizn Studios’ is a firm favourite with jet-setting professionals and urban creatives. Its contemporary, sustainable range of luggage, backpacks, and travel accessories has been hailed as ‘the luggage for our times’ – vegan, biodegradable, and reparable.  

Horizn Studios sought an agency partner to drive brand awareness through a high-impact, high-volume influencer strategy across key markets, including the UK, Germany, the Nordics, France and the USA.  

The strategy needed to balance broad reach with exclusive product positioning across multiple international markets. Influencer content needed to be clean, contemporary and on-brand to ensure its effective integration into Horizn Studios’ owned and paid media channels.  

Over time, the brand sought to build and nurture a global community of brand fans, turning engagement into sales and loyalty.  

Response

Our global influencer strategy lent on our extensive network of relationships to curate an ecosystem of creators focused on fashion, design and sustainability.

The three-pronged approach utilised paid ambassadors, mid-tier and micro-tier seedings across Horizn Studios’ audience’s favourite social media platforms, Instagram and TikTok.

Paid ambassadors served as high-impact storytellers activated tactically at key dates, mid-tier seedings ensured broad organic reach, and micro-tier influencers capitalised on the opportunity of rising tastemakers with close-knit communities.

We worked closely with the brand and creators to craft engaging, shareable moments – from ‘What’s in My Bag?’ videos to bespoke personalisation on gifted backpacks and luggage. We managed global logistics with military precision, ensuring the right products reached the right influencers at the right time.

To convert engagement into sales, we introduced an affiliate programme with exclusive discount codes. The resulting user-generated content was then amplified across Horizn Studios’ owned and paid channels, curating a single, aspirational travel narrative across social media platforms.
