Brief

Following Brandnation’s selection as E1’s global PR partner, it was time to get the show on the water with its inaugural race.

The UIM E1 World Championship is the world’s first all-electric raceboat series, backed by high-profile celebs including Tom Brady and Rafael Nadal, its mission is to accelerate technological and sustainable change that benefits marine mobility and habitats.

The agency was onboarded ahead of its debut race, the E1 Jeddah GP 2024, to activate an international press office and media hosting on the Red Sea.

 

 

The race

From Greater London to the Gulf, we hosted international media at the ground-breaking new race series to give them behind-the-scenes access to the hottest new sports property.

Facilitating high-profile interviews with team owners including football legend Didier Drogba, superstar DJ Steve Aoki, and Grammy award-winning Marc Anthony, to profiling the E1 CEO, to distributing race reports, to managing global media from the media centre – the PR activity was as high-octane as the racing.

The team delivered landmark coverage across the world including Sky Sports, La Stampa, The Sun US and Esquire Middle East.
