How do you take a brand from awareness to authority in the UK market?  

Founded on the 3,000-year-old principles of Ayurveda, Spa Ceylon holds a unique position in the global beauty and wellness market as the world’s largest luxury Ayurveda brand.

With a range of over 350 products spanning skincare, haircare, and home wellness, the Sri Lankan brand has over 150 stores across 27 countries and continues to expand its global footprint.

After successfully supporting its UK launch, Brandnation was tasked with driving the next phase of growth.

The challenge? To establish Spa Ceylon as an industry leader, increase demand for hero products, and build a thriving community of brand advocates.

Response

Brandnation crafted an integrated marketing approach that leveraged expert voices and built a loyal community of media and influencers to champion the brand. 

We put Spa Ceylon co-founder and wellness expert Shalin Balasuriya and beauty and skincare expert Shenuka Fernando in the spotlight, turning them into go-to sources for media commentary, trend insights, and thought-leadership features. Their voices made Ayurveda aspirational and newsworthy.

We selected the most prestigious beauty and wellness awards and strategically positioned Spa Ceylon’s hero products for maximum recognition, resulting in over 25 international awards in just one year. Hero products like the Sleep Intense Dream Balm and True Turmeric Vitamin C Glow Renewing Treatment Serum became must-have wellness products.

We leveraged targeted influencer collaborations and media engagement to create long-term brand fans that generated excitement to last. By aligning key messaging with seasonal trends, cultural moments, and consumer demand, we turned awareness into action, driving tangible sales growth and solidifying Spa Ceylon as an industry leader.
